CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER

 

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please email us at hello@saulelabel.com (and include your order number) by 2 p.m. EST on the date your order was placed. Please note, once you receive a confirmation email with tracking information, we are likely unable to modify your order.

 

 

ORDER DAMAGED

 

In the unfortunate event your items were damaged during transit, we will happily work with you to address the issue with the shipping carrier and repair or replace your items if possible. However, we must be notified of any damages within 5 calendar days of your order’s delivery. Please contact us right away at hello@saulelabel.com.

 

 

MISSING ORDER

 

We strongly suggest you select a shipping location you know is secure, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or irretrievable once delivered. If your package goes missing in transit, please notify us immediately at hello@saulelabel.com and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Kindly note that, as the recipient, you will also need to file a claim with the carrier.

 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

 

Promotional discount codes may not be used on discounted or sale items, may not be combined and are subject to specific terms. Additionally, use of all discount codes remains at the discretion of Saulė Label. For more information, please contact hello@saulelabel.com.

 

 

 

Shipping

 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

We proudly offer UPS® Standard Ground shipping, 2-Day shipping and Overnight shipping. Depending on the service you choose, your order should arrive within 1-7 business days. Unless otherwise noted, Standard Ground shipping orders will ship within 2-3 business days.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We ship internationally through DHL Express International, as they provide clearance through customs and door-to-door delivery. International orders may experience delays caused by customs.

The customs agency of the destination country will determine any duties and import taxes based upon the order value and, if it exists, the tax-free threshold for imported goods. Charges may or may not be incurred. As the order recipient, you are responsible for the payment of any duties and import taxes. These fees are collected at the time of delivery. Thus, ALL DHL shipments MUST include a phone number and email address. If not included, your order will not be processed.

Unless otherwise noted, standard international shipping orders will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. It is estimated that you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its original ship date.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to international P.O. boxes, as DHL does not deliver to P.O. boxes. We also do not currently offer expedited international shipping.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@saulelabel.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition. We will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless received defective.

We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned items.

Just as we package your order with care, we kindly ask that you do the same when returning your order. Please return your merchandise in its original packaging, otherwise we are unable to accept and will return to sender.

Only returns that meet all required conditions will be eligible for a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember a refund may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.

EXCHANGES

 

The easiest way to exchange for another item is to return the item you have, then, once your return is accepted and you have been credited, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept sale items as returns. All sale merchandise is final sale.

Please note that all custom-made jewelry, including items that have been modified such as extending the length of a necklace or converting an earring from a post to a clip-on, are non-returnable. We kindly ask our customers to consider this policy before requesting any customizations. We strive to provide the best service and ensure your satisfaction with our products. Product Care

 

 

HAND-WORK AND ARTISANAL CRAFTSMANSHIP

 

Craftsmanship is at the core of what we do. Saulė stands behind the high quality and unique features of every piece we make.

Our embroidery is done by hand, not machine. So, while heavily embroidered pieces may occasionally contain a loose bead, rest assured this will not result in the unravelling of your one-of-a-kind creation. Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, materials such as sequins, stones, beads and other decorative items may vary slightly by color and size.

Each pair is handmade using the highest quality products we can find, but accessories are fragile in nature. We hope you wear them with as much care as we put into crafting them.

Parts of our earrings cannot be cleaned, and traditional cleaning products or methods may cause damage. Please be aware of makeup or perfumes that may come in contact with your earrings during wear.

Though you’ll wish you could, you won’t be wearing these every hour of every day. Keep your earrings safe from dirt, dust, spills or fading by storing them safely in their drawstring pouch.

 

 

Repairs

 

 

We will always do our best to repair your Saulė items, if possible.

Saulė will honor repairs for items purchased through saulelabel.com only, per the Repair Policy set forth below and within the time periods specified. All repair requests for items purchased through other authorized Saulė retail partners must be directed to the original retailer.

 

 

REPAIR POLICY AND PROCESS

 

We will gladly repair any defective merchandise purchased from saulelabel.com within 15 days of purchase at no charge.


Any repair request made within 6 months of purchase will be assessed by our team. To cover the shipping, labor and materials required to repair your item, a small fee may be charged.

All items sent for repair must be properly secured and packaged to avoid any further damage.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for repair completion.

 

  

INITIATE A REPAIR REQUEST

 

To initiate a repair request, please contact us at hello@saulelabel.com and kindly provide your order ID, email address and date of purchase. We will then assess any fee and initiate the repair process.

 

  

REPAIR FEE

 

Fees are contingent upon the availability of material needed and the nature of the repair itself. Please note—Saulė reserves to the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
